InvoiceOnline.com makes invoicing easier, whether you're a small business owner or a larger company. When you click on the My Account section, a panel opens containing everything you need for efficient invoice management and related information.

Account tariff

At the top of the panel, you’ll find information about your current plan.
If you’re interested in renewing your plan or switching to another one, you can easily do so right here. We’ll offer you options and subscription plans so you can easily choose the one that best fits your needs.

Change password

Account security is key. In the Change Password section, you can easily update your login details. We recommend using strong and unique passwords to ensure maximum data protection.

Account settings

The Account Settings section offers a range of options to customize how you work with invoices and other features:

  • Invoice Statuses: In this section, you can enable or disable the Invoice statuses feature. Invoices can be categorized into 4 statuses: Draft, Unpaid, Overdue, and Paid. These help you keep track of where each invoice stands.

  • Line suggestions: This feature saves time when issuing invoices. As you enter words into the lines, the system automatically suggests products or services you've used in the past.

  • Hide brand in the invoice footer

  • Base currency (for reports): If you invoice in a currency other than USD, you can set it here to ensure correct display across all reports and overviews.

Email templates

InvoiceOnline.com offers preset email templates to support communication with your clients. All templates are fully customizable, so you can tailor them to match your needs and company branding. Available templates include:

  • Invoice Email Template - ready to quickly send invoices via email to your clients.

  • Reminder Template - if a client hasn't paid on time, you can send them a reminder.

  • Thank You Template - after a client pays, you can send them a thank you note for the timely payment.

Number sequences

In the Number sequences section, you can set how your invoice numbers will appear.
There are 3 preset sequences formats available, but if you have specific requirements or the default formats don’t suit your needs, you can create your own custom format. The system will then automatically generate invoice numbers in the format you choose.
