What happens after the trial period ends?
After the trial ends, you can choose between Mini or Premium subscriptions and continue invoicing. If you don’t select a plan after the trial, your account will become inactive without any obligation. You don’t need to cancel it. You can return anytime and reactivate your account by paying for a plan.
I have the Mini plan and want to upgrade to Premium. Do I have to pay the full amount?
No. When upgrading from Mini to Premium subscription, the Premium price will automatically be reduced by the amount you already paid for Mini. You only pay the difference.
How can I issue an invoice in a different language or currency?
When creating an invoice, you can select the language and currency directly in the Settings section of the form. If a currency is missing from the options, feel free to contact us — we’ll gladly add it.

How do I change the invoice sorting order?
In the Invoices section, you can sort invoices by any column by clicking the small arrows next to the column name (e.g., by invoice number, customer, etc.).
⚠️ If you don’t use consistent numbering sequences (e.g., restarting from 1 every year), sorting by invoice number may be inaccurate — invoices with duplicate numbers might appear at the top.
How do I mark an invoice as paid?
First, enable invoice statuses in My Account → Account Settings. Then in the Invoices section, simply check the "paid" box next to the relevant invoice.
💡 The payment date is automatically set to the current day but can be adjusted in the dialog that opens after checking the box.
How do I save new details in the form?
Simply change the desired details directly in the invoice form and issue the invoice. By issuing it, the system automatically saves the new details and pre-fills them in the next invoice.
Is there a risk of data misuse from the invoice?
No. There is absolutely no risk of misuse of personal or company data you provide on the invoice. The service is technically secured, and data entered is neither stored nor shared with third parties. All data entered during invoice creation is not saved anywhere nor provided to any third parties. The connection between your device and our server is secured with encrypted HTTPS protocol, ensuring your data is protected.
