Save invoice items to a list

Do you frequently invoice the same services or products? Save them to a clear list and add them with just a few clicks using the Add saved item button. You can edit or delete saved items at any time.

Saving items is especially useful for regularly invoiced items with the same price, tax rate, or unit of measure.

How to add a new item to your list

Want to keep a new item saved for future use?

  1. Click Add new item

  2. Fill in the item name, unit of measure, tax rate and price

  3. The item is now ready to be selected from the list

Once added to a document, items can be edited, duplicated or deleted. At the bottom, you’ll also find the option to add your own signature.
